Description
The first vintage was created specifically for Michelle and Martin’s double wedding, in Australia and Argentina. We received such a wonderful response from all who tried it, we decided to produce local wines from the Adelaide Hills.
Late disgorged, aged 10 years on lees, this sparkling wine is unbelievable!
Silver Medal, Adelaide Hills Wine Show 2014, Museum Class white and sparkling. Our 2010 Premium Sparkling wine caught the attention of the judges this year. They found 2 very good aged sparkling wines in this category. Their comments were: ‘Two very good sparkling wines here, maturing gracefully with poise’.
