After handpicking from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, grapes are whole bunch pressed and fermented to dryness. Second fermentation is undertaken in the bottle and has been aged for over 4 years on lees. The wine offers aromas of brioche, roast nuts and truffles, flavours of fresh green apples, citrus and marzipan; and has a substantial texture and persistent finish on the palate. Drink as aperitif or companion of exotic food. This superb sparkling wine deserves respect and tribute from wine lovers.
