This apple cider bottle fermented is rare to find in the Adelaide Hills, and it is probably the only one in South Australia and the most aged in Australia. The method traditionelle that takes time and effort on making  allows to keep the integrity of the primary fruit and freshness. The contact on lees is now about 3 years adding texture, brioche and macadamias notes to take the tasting experience to another level.

No added sugar and very low in sulphites.
