The fruit was selected from the best part of a vineyard nearby the town of Langhorne Creek. Grapes were fermented and basket pressed, then transferred to new and seasoned oak barrels and aged for 12 months. This wine is unfiltered to enhance aromas and flavours.
The colour is intense red and opaque complemented with floral notes of violets, cassis and blackberries flavours followed by truffles, black pepper, and subtle spices of cinnamon. In the palate is rich with an excellent grip and balance. It finishes dry with a pleasant fruit aftertaste that lingers for quite long time.
