This Syrah clone is all about spiciness with marvelous dark fruit. The grapes are hand-picked from Mylor in the Adelaide Hills then fermented and and basket press gentle into new and seasoned oak barrels for about 12 months. This medium body wine has an intense red colour with high opacity displaying crimson rims. Aromas and flavours of black cherries, blueberries and mixed spice are vast and expressive. Savoury and dark fruit aftertaste lingers generously.

The colour has changed from bright red/purple to a nice burgundy tone due to aging process. Intense flavours of caramelized berries with hints of spices are quite impressive. The tannin are superbly velvet that makes this delicious wine to be drunk in a journey of enjoyment. Only found in our cellar door, strictly by private appointments face to face with the winemaker.
