Our Syrah grapes were hand-picked from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, fermented and manually plunged then basket pressed and aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The bottled wine has been cellared for two years prior to release. This Syrah 1654 clone displays deep red colour and violet flowers aromas. Flavours are blueberries with hints of spices, vanilla and dark chocolate. Medium bodied with silky tannins makes this wine perfect to enjoy with many dishes and cheese platters.
