The fruit was handpicked then fermented, basket pressed and left to mature over 12 month in oak barrel. Great example of Adelaide Hills cool climate Shiraz. Cherry and rose petals aromas combined with spices of black pepper, cedar shavings and cloves, makes this wine enjoyable. Silky tanning and long aftertaste. It has been cellared for 4 years previous to release.
