Harvested from a single row near the lake Alexandrina, the tiny parcel of fruit just allow us to make two barrels. We aged the wine for about 18 months in one or two years old oak (fine grain), to gentle add its tannin and flavour, respecting the primary fruit and elegance. The colour is intense purple, with aromas of violets, mulberries and chocolate, and flavours of dark fruits, spices, with a firm structure yet, silky tannins. The aftertaste is full of dark fruits with length and depth. With age the purple hues will turn reddish and eventually red brick colour, intensifying the savoury notes.
