Harvested from a single row near the lake Alexandrina, the tiny parcel of fruit just allows us to make two barrels. We aged the wine for about 18 months in one and two-years old oak (extra fine grain), to gentle add its tannin and flavour, respecting the primary fruit and elegance. The colour is intense purple, with aromas of violets, mulberries and chocolate, and flavours of dark fruits, spices, with a firm structure yet, silky tannins. The aftertaste is full of dark fruits with length and depth. This wine has been aged in bottle for 18 months prior to its release.
