Description
This blanc de blancs has been made from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. It has aged for 6 years on less prior to disgorge and release. The sparkling wine has a noticeable bouquet of lifted roast nuts and brioche with green apple and citrus flavours. It finishes dry lingering with a delicate fruit sweetness combined with roast almonds and a hint of truffle as a result of the aging process.
