2013 Blanc de Blancs ‘5 years on lees’
This blanc de blancs has been made from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. It has aged for about five years on less prior to release. The sparkling wine has a noticeable bouquet of roast nuts and brioche with green apple and citrus flavours . It finishes dry lingering with a delicate sweetness combined with roast almonds and a hint of citrus as a result of the aging process.
