Oenology Paper of the Year
For many years I worked as a research scientist in viticulture and oenology projects, and this award means a lot to me, though now I’m in charge of Mordrelle Wines, I will try to keep working with the ASVO as a member and I encourage everyone in the industry to become a member of such a wonderful organisation. Thanks to all my peers and industry partners for the great contribution towards to publish this paper.
