2022 Grenache Basket Press 'La Torera' New Release

Great colour with a vibrant purple hue. Around 15% of the fruit was destemmed but left uncrushed before being added to the ferments, while a portion of the juice was bled off (20%) prior to fermentation to enhance concentration. Aromas of lilac, lavender and spice lead into flavours of dark fruit, including plum and blueberry, complemented by liquorice, dark chocolate and a hint of orange rind. The wine displays substantial grip, balanced by its concentrated fruit flavours and a silky finish. Highly moreish, it leaves a lingering aftertaste that beautifully combines fruit and savoury notes.
