2019 Tempranillo Special Selection (Cork)

Made from a single vineyard located in Langhorne Creek. It was firstly bled off about 20% to concentration aromas and flavours. The wine has a deep red colour with purple tones. It displays aromas and flavours of cherries, chocolate, cedar shavings, and spices with hints of black pepper and earthy tones. The palate is rich with fine textured and smooth tannins, given for its long maturation of 15 months in seasoned oak barrels, finishes dry with a lengthy fruit aftertaste.
