2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Langhorne Creek 'Basket Press'

Everyone has a different definition of the word 'authentic' when it's applied to wine, but the fresh face of this, the general lack of artifice, and the impression of sweet deliberate neglect have this wine putting it's hand up for that tag.

It's an uncluttered wine, both minimalist and flavoursome at once, it's pure boysenberry and blackcurrant flavours walking to the beat of their own drum, and to nothing else.
