2025 Fiano 'Ti Adoro Bianca' Langhorne Creek

This wine was basket-pressed with a very low juice extraction of under 60%, then fermented in old French barriques.

It presents a pale yellow colour that is expected to deepen and develop with further bottle age. The aromatics are expressive, with ripe yellow peach complemented by fragrant spice and delicate hints of honey.

On the palate, generous yellow peach flavours are layered with subtle waxy and nutty characters, alongside a touch of honeycomb. The wine has a rich, textured mouthfeel, balanced by vibrant acidity that provides freshness, length and structure.

A beautifully complex and age-worthy wine that will continue to evolve and develop greater depth and character with time in bottle.
