2020 Malbec Reserva 'Very Limited'

Harvested from a single row of vines near Lake Alexandrina, this exceptionally small parcel produces just enough fruit for two barrels. The wine was aged for approximately 18 months in one- and two-year-old, extra-fine-grain oak, carefully chosen to gently impart subtle tannin and flavour while preserving the purity, primary fruit and elegance of the wine.

It displays an intense purple colour, with expressive aromas of violets, mulberries and chocolate. The palate reveals rich dark fruit and spice, supported by a firm structure and beautifully silky tannins. The finish is long and complex, with layers of dark fruit providing impressive depth and persistence.

The wine was further matured in bottle for 18 months prior to release, allowing it to develop greater complexity, balance and finesse.
