Fermented in small open vats, then basket pressed into French Oak barriques and aged for 13 months. Intense garnet colour, with aromas of spices and cherries, autumnal and flinty. Flavours of red fruits, spices with hints of cloves, with a firm structure and velvety tannins. The aftertaste lingers with hints of savoury notes and fresh raspberries.
